The William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital  consists of a hospital, 80,100 square feet central energy plant, and a  450 space parking garage. The new 460-bed, 12 story hospital will be a total of 1,300,000 square feet. The hospital was constructed using a cast-in-place concrete pan formed beam system supported by concrete columns on drilled piers.
