Matt Henderson is Principal and Vice President of Henderson Rogers with over 27 years of experience designing complex structural systems using wood, masonry, concrete and steel materials. Matt is primarily responsible for initiating the structural design concepts through the Schematic Design and Design Development project phases, and for ensuring that the completed design is delivered successfully. Attention to detail and pragmatic design approaches are fundamental in his renovations, additions/ expansions, and new construction for all building sectors.
Matt is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction and Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering. He is a member of numerous Professional Organizations including the ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers), AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) ACI (American Concrete Institute), SEAoT (Structural Engineers Association of Texas), and the FPA (Foundation Performance Association.
Presently, Matt holds Licenses in Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Oklahoma and Tennessee.
