Elaine Rogers is a founding principal and current president of Henderson Rogers Structural Engineers, LLC. Elaine has over 33years of experience in the design of building structures and has helped build the firm’s solid reputation by providing consistent, responsive service to owners, architects and design-build clients.
Elaine has been an instrumental leader in the following projects: Discovery Green, United Airlines Terminal B Southside Expansion, and Texas Tech University Dan Law Baseball Field.
Elaine obtained her Bachelor of Architecture degree and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Texas Tech University in December 1983. She has been in Houston for 25 years and has had her own firm for the past 15 years. She is a licensed engineer in Texas and five other states. Elaine is a certified LEED AP BD+C (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional with the United States Green Building Council. She is also a member of the ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers), SEAoT (Structural Engineers Association of Texas), Rice Design Alliance (RDA) and the ACEC (American Council of Engineering Companies).
Elaine is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Arkansas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Virginia and North Carolina.
